None Message text Many greetings, dear Jo Ann, First off, let me just say that I can tell you've spent hours upon hours on this site, and most of it shows well! But the few pages I Hate are the ones trashing Jac, Sassy, and VirtualChinchillas.com Quoted directly from one of your pages, here: “It took you from May 7th until May 30th or 31st, to take my graphics off your site. That’s about 23 or 24 days … right? Don’t you think I should have just about the same amount of time to do the same?” Hmm, let's ponder some thoughts on this one for a moment. How long has it been? Ah, well over the given amount above and your pages are still attached and showing here! That is a good way of saying... you lied! I will not just sit here and let you trash both Jac and Sassy, not to mention the website its self. Those two ladies are wonderful, and I enjoy talking with each very much. Quoted directly from one of your pages: “But, by not letting me come on the site long enough to give the prizes away, you are cheating those that entered into the contest.” “Isn’t that punishing them for your personal vendetta against me?” I do NOT want any part you of myself in this battle you drag out! No one is cheating me nor anyone else who participated for your contest! Ah, and by the way. There is no direct proof of what you are posting, there is nothing direct for us to believe! I wanted to believe you, you helped me out with stuff before, I really wanted to believe you! I will state this on the front end ...
(1) The reason I posted what I have, is for the concerned parents of the children that might
go on to Virtual Chinchillas and be exposed to the lack of values that have become obvious
there.
(2) What was printed concerning Virtual Chinchillas, the practices of it's owner and in
particular one member, that is a moderator (last I heard), were only quotes from them. So,
it is not I who "trashed" them, but they who trashed themselves. Should you decide to
believe otherwise, that is your privilege. I do not know what is being said about me and/or
the situation, nor do I care to know. I just consider the source, I hope you will also.
(3) Jacqui has done a beautiful job with the things she has added, I never said she didn't.
She has worked very hard on the site, but to bring it down by allowing certain things to go on,
she has hurt her own site and image, in my opinion.
My only problems with her were:
(a) allowing certain members to cheat, while freezing others for the same actions
(b) making the "down-town" /non-members think they would get an additional chin added to
the site by emptying their PM accounts to make space, then not doing it. Yet, adding several
chins for the "up-town"/paying members, during the same time period.
(c) for unjustly freezing at least two accounts, not for breaking the rules, but for personal
reasons.
(d) for posting unfounded assumptions as if they were fact.
None of these actions, in my opinion, are professional, nor are they values our young people
need to learn or be exposed to.
(4) As for Sassy, she is a mother of 7 and a grandmother of 7, how she could cheat children,
is beyond me. But, 'buying' chins from children for much less than the going price by
spamming (which is against the rules), is proof. She also stated that members that were
'down-town' holding on to the oldies and/or no longer breeding age chins, should not be
allowed to keep them, that they should be 'taken away from them'. Of course, this was after
they became "collectables". Yes, and she said much more ... I just did not want to waste the
space to post it, but I may, yet do so.
(5) As for attorneys ... IF what I have published in black and white were NOT true, they
could easily take me to court, but they have not, and will not, because they know, I have all of
it, directly from them, and can prove every word and more. As far as the use of my use of
my attorney ... Jacqui took the graphics off that did not belong to her because she knew they
were not hers. Why else would she have removed them?
(6) My concern is for the children. Is it right to have people in authority teach children:
'If you don't have money, you don't count?'
'You can get ahead by cheating, IF you are in with the right group?'
Why do I think this is wrong and important enough to post on my website?
Apparently, I was raised with much different/higher morals.
As I said, I can no longer recommend the website for children.
My proof was/is direct quotes, from them.
Now to our comments:
C, (Since you are a minor, I will not print even your sign-in name at Virtual Chinchillas) Please, never refer to yourself as "no-good 13-year-old" ... We were all 13 at one time. And I for one, think you are very well versed for your age. Everyone has a right to an opinion, and the right to speak it. You remind me much of myself at your age. I may not agree with all you say, but you do not agree with all I say. If we all agreed with each other all the time, it would be a very dull world. We shall respect each other's rights to have and to speak their own opinion, I hope. Thank you for the compliment on my website. I see you posted your comments on June 20th. If you will go back and count ... as stated, I thought it fair for me to remove the pages in 23 or 24 days after all my graphics were removed (the same period of time it took her to get my graphics off), but, I actually removed them in 21 days, and without verification of proof. From May 31 to June 21st is only 21 days. If, you checked back on the 21st after 5 PM, you would have seen, normal public access the pages has been removed, even though I was not allowed back on site to verify for myself that my graphics had been removed. It has since been brought to my attention, that they were NOT all removed on May 31st, as stated by Jacqui. As a matter of fact, as of June 10th, my Angora Gold Bar was still, and may still be, being used. So much for Jacqui's part being done, as promised/stated by her. Check out the photo of part of the actual web page on V-Chins as shown below. I am glad you feel so strongly that you were not cheated by not being able to get the prize you won in my contest, but I am afraid some of the others do not feel the same. You might not want to try to speak for everyone. It is best to just speak for yourself. Yes, there is direct proof of everything I posted. Some of it is on record in the IMs between Sassy and myself. Others are in e-mails that were sent back and forth between Sassy and me and Jacqui and me. It is on their computers and on my computer and on disc. I know it to be fact, therefore I can look at myself in the mirror every day. I could have posted much more than I did, there were more examples of the same, but I posted only enough to point out what was going on, to give parents the chance to check it out and find out for themselves. I have nothing to hide, I was not the one that kept stating what was written in certain e-mails could not be reproduced. Note: The picture on the above right is a photo of part of the 'Virtual Family' page on June 10th, it shows the last 200 kits born on V-Chins at that time. Each kit is 'born' to a breeding pair, when the breeder puts them together. What is "born" to any pair is NOT controlled by the member, but is determined by the odds the owner has set for each color/kind of kit in the scripting. Each kit is 'born' with an ID number, in the order in which it was 'born'. According to several members ... They have been told a "hacker" made this happen, not the owner ... BUT ... How could a hacker activate a command for a particular chin kit, a kit which was suppose to have been completely removed from the system 11 days earlier??? Think about that. IF the chin kit was still in the system, this might be possible ... BUT ... IF it was still in the system ... Why was/is it still there? Possibly for some future use? I don't know, but it is worth thinking about. |
